These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website Kitaplus GPT and AI trading platform collectively called the "Service", operated by Kitaplus GPT Inc. ("Kitaplus GPT", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to access the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this age and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. The Service is not available where prohibited by law.
2. Account Registration
Full functionality requires registering with accurate, current, and complete information. You’re responsible for securing your login and all activities on your account. Notify us immediately at if unauthorized access is suspected.
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, providing false details, or involved in misconduct.
3. Nature of Service & Limitations
Kitaplus GPT provides AI-based market analysis, trading signals, and optional automated trade execution via broker integration. The Service is for informational and analytical purposes only.
- Kitaplus GPT does not hold or manage your funds; all capital remains with your brokerage or exchange.
- Our platform connects to your broker via API keys with read-only and trade execution permissions. These keys cannot withdraw funds.
- Past performance or signals do not guarantee future outcomes.
- Trading carries risks including possible loss of principal.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the platform Kitaplus GPT constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. AI signals are informational only. Consult a qualified advisor before investing. Kitaplus GPT is not a licensed financial advisor or broker-dealer.
5. Fees and Payment
Certain features require paid subscriptions. Fees are detailed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ prior notice. Prices exclude taxes payable by you. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Refunds are discretionary within 14 days for new clients.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or against regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile platform software.
- Use automated scripts to scrape or collect data from the Service.
- Commercially resell or exploit the Service without permission.
- Disrupt or harm platform operations or integrity.
- Engage in market manipulation or illicit trading activities.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and trade secrets are owned exclusively by Kitaplus GPT or its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted to you except as explicitly stated. You may not use our trademarks without consent.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Kitaplus GPT WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, NOR THAT IT WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Kitaplus GPT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID TO Kitaplus GPT IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kitaplus GPT and its representatives from any claims or costs arising from your use of the Service or breaches of these Terms.
11. Account Termination
You may close your account anytime via settings or by contacting We may suspend or terminate access immediately if Terms are breached. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service end, and we may delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by New York State laws, disregarding conflict of law principles. Disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in PH per American Arbitration Association rules. EU or UK users may also pursue claims in local courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Major updates will be communicated at least 14 days in advance by email or platform notification. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
